Busy Port of Spain electronics retailer needs a Customer Service Representative for our phone and WhatsApp desk. You will answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages, track orders and deliveries, handle returns and warranty claims, and pass tricky cases to the store supervisor. What we need: • 1+ year in customer service, retail or a call centre • Calm on the phone, clear in writing • Able to work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays We offer TT$6,500/month, a uniform allowance and paid training.
